Return Policy

We make every attempt to make  sure that you’re satisfied with your purchases. Items returned that fall outside of our return policy, will be disposed of and no refund/credit will be processed.

• Each item has sizing and color information located on each individual product page. Please read all of the information before ordering your items to help ensure you have the correct size and color. We do the best we can to accurately describe the color and sizing of products. Depending on the settings on your computer monitor, colors may look different. i.e. An item’s description may indicate Navy Blue in color, but you feel the image looks more like a Royal Blue. The description takes priority over the image. If you are in doubt, please use the contact us form and ask before placing your order.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for shipping the items back to us (unless its due to an error on our part, i.e. you received a damaged item or the wrong item). However, if you need us to provide you with a pre-paid return label, we can send one to you in the mail or email one for you to print. The cost of  return shipping will be deducted from your refund/credit in addition to any re-stocking fee. All returns must be shipped via U.S. Post Service (USPS).
• Any items that are returned must be in new condition, in the original package with any accessories and must include the packing slip in order to be eligible for store credit or refund. Items cannot be returned if they’ve been worn, washed or taken out of their original package. Returns without packing slips will not be able to be processed.
• If you decide to return merchandise for any reasons please do so within 30 days. All sales are final after 30 days. The items must be returned to Discount Diabetic Sock Store (post marked) within 30 days of the ship date of your items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of original ship date.
• A 20% re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund/credit.
• Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Once your return package has been received and the contents have been checked and verified, it may take up to 2 weeks for us to resolve your return query. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping: Most orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). However, we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. So the carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We deliver to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. Boxes.

• Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 for all U.S. orders under $100.00. U.S. Orders $100.00 and over qualify for FREE ground shipping.
• Delivery time is within fourteen (14) business days from the date you placed your order, pending credit authorization and address verification.

Delivery time may exceed fourteen (14) business days if:

1. You’re ordering one of the following brands of footwear: Apex
2. The merchandise you’re ordering is on backorder (out of stock). Due to manufacturing delays or unexpected demand, certain items may be temporarily out of stock. If you place an order for any merchandise that is currently unavailable, we will attempt to notify you regarding your order via email. In the email, we will notify you of two options:

a. Discount Diabetic Sock Store can send you a comparable replacement item.

b. Discount Diabetic Sock Store can issue you a refund that may not exceed the original invoice price.

International Shipping: We ship all items to over 190 countries Priority Mail International via USPS.

• Shipping is a flat rate of $10.95 for all Canada and Mexico orders.
• For all other countries, shipping is a flat rate of $12.95.

** International Orders must be placed using PayPal. Delivery time does not included the amount of time it takes for your package to get through customs. Delivery times can vary depending on which country that your package is being delivered to.
